Reservations can be made in 30-minute increments. (If you use the room for 3.5 hours, the 4-hour rate will be applied.)
Cleaning management fee
A management fee of 1,000 yen per use (+tax) will be charged per use.
Note: For groups of 20 or more, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per session (5,500 yen including tax) will be charged if more than 20 people are in the studio.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are calculated by multiplying the reservation fee by the following rates:
Up to 8 days before: 0%
7-2 days before: 50%
The day before: 75%
On the day of use: 100%
